RESPONSE DOCUMENTS UNDER THE NEW LAW OF UKRAINE "ON PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE"

Abstract
The problematic issues of realization prosecutor’s supervisory powers forms in terms of reform have been investigated in the article. A solution to the problem of improper design of “dialogue” between the prosecution and supervised by the state authorities has been offered. It can be done by means of unifying practice of a single response document – guidelines (рrescript). Typical examples of response documents have been developed.
