RESPONSE ON THE CRISES SITUATIONS THREATENING NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE AS A DETERMINANT OF THE MODERN STATE

Abstract
The conceptual provisions concerning the formation and implementation of state policy about the response on crisis situations, that threaten national security as the basis for the functioning of the modern state have been formulated. It has been emphasized, that in the modern state its social determination substantiates the systems of its compulsory (mandatory) functions, stabilizes the process of state administration, and defines the hierarchy of goals and the direction of its functioning. The general causes of the crisis phenomena in the modern Ukrainian state, such as systemic defects of the state administration of the post-socialist type, and artificial imbalance in the structures of state power in Ukraine,
