Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the cancellation of the certificate of conformity as a measure of responsibility for violations in the sphere of production and sale of organic agricultural products. The bases, the subject and the order of application of this sanction are explored and concretized. Also, developed proposals to improve the legislation on the application of this measure of responsibility.
