Abstract
The aim of the research work is to study the use of hormonal preparations in delaying the calving period of cows and buffaloes breeding in the western zone of the Republic. Arousal (labido Sexuollis) is a positive mating reaction in a female towards a male. During the estrous period, the female animal tends to mate, takes a special position for mating, and urinates often. In the experiment, we used test males to determine the estrus period. The research work was carried out in the "Suliddinoglu" peasant farm located in the Samukh district, in the laboratory of the "Breeding and feeding of agricultural animals" department of the "Zooengineering faculty" of Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. With placing one hand to the flat intestines the childhood way is fixated and with the help of another hand the synthetic pipetca full of sperma are injected to the cervix of the uteris and that behind sperma are falling to the behind side of cervix of the uteris. In this method we should have once and for all poliethilen gloves, plastron and glass pipette. In the artificial insemination of cows and buffaloes, the regulation (synchronization) of the enthusiasm of animals that delay their enthusiasm is carried out not only after birth, but also by using hormonal preparations.
