RESTRICTION OF UNJUSTIFIED REFUSAL INTO THE EMPLOYMENT AS THE JURIDICAL GUARANTY OF LABOUR LAW REALIZATION

Abstract
The paper studied one of the legal guarantees of the right to work, which prohibits unjustified refusal to hire. The author analyzes the concept of “ungrounded refusal” and “illegal refusal” to work, their relationship and legal consequences.
