RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF INTRAARTICULAR PROXIMAL HUMERAL FRACTURES

Abstract
The results of surgical treatment of 41 patients with intraarticular proximal humeral fractures are presented. Complex functional outcome assessment was conducted with Constant and QuickDASH scores during the follow-up of 6-27 months. The analysis of typical complications was performed. Postoperative complications were diagnosed in 19,5 patients, half of it were connected with surgical intervention in objectively complex fracture configuration
