Retail trade in Ukraine: transformation processes in the competitive environment

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the study is to identify the development trends for retail sales in a competitive environment. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks is based on dialectic approach and general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. Findings. There are considered the changes in the structure of retail trade enterprises in Ukraine and providing the population with the retail space. There are analyzed transformational processes of Ukrainian trade in the competitive economy. Practical value. The main scientific statements and propositions of the study can be used at the enterprises and organizations of retail trade.
