Review and explain the factors affecting revenue and providing agricultural water sector Rahlhay Kerman Regional Water Company proposal to fix the problem

Abstract
In Kerman Regional Water Company of funds to pay the costs of domestic income will be provided. In addition, the Internal Revenue related to the sale of agricultural water. The results show that revenue in this sector can not be fully realized. This research, entitled "Study on Regional Water Company revenue barriers in agriculture" was considered. Studies show that some of the regional problems such as geographical and climatic conditions and lack of adequate water control and investments has caused the province's water resources are severely limited (Analysis of the province in 1389, the Department of weather in Kerman, (2012).From the other hand, the internal revenue related to the sale of water is agriculture. The results show that revenue in this sector would not be realized fully.( Kerman Regional Water Authority approved budget years 1389 1385).AHP test results from prioritizing these obstacles shows that the geographical conditions, low wages, rural, agricultural water misuse, lack of knowledge of farmers, lack of interest among staff and attention to this Barriers should be prioritizing.(manor, Myrdvst: assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organizational structure of Kerman Regional Water Company, (2011).
