Review of court decisions as an element of the content of the right to a fair trial, considering the practice of the European Court of Human Rights

Abstract
The article investigates the right to a fair trial, clarifies and discloses its elements. In addition, the concept and content of the review institution of judicial decisions are defined and it is emphasized that according to the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, such a review is included in one of the elements of the content of the right to a fair trial.
