Reviewing the Effect of Human Behaviour towards Portfolio Selection from Theoretical Outlook

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to review the effect of human behaviour towards different level of risk aversion for portfolio selection. However, human with high risk aversion aims to diminish the risk of loss, whereas the human with low risk aversion wishes to exploit the return. The portfolio selection is developed for low, moderate and high risk aversion by using decision making model. Keywords: human behaviour; decision making; risk aversion; portfolio selection
