Abstract
A case of right atrium mobile thrombi (RAMT) in a 73-year-old male patient with acute pulmonary embolism is presented.Immediately performed TTE allowed identification of thrombi in the right atrium, and the administration of successful thrombolitic therapy as soon as possible.Key words: acute pulmonary emboliom, right atrium mobile thrombi, TTE, thrombolitic therapy
