Rights and obligations of spouses, after the dissolution of the marriage and subtraction physical

Abstract

From the perspective of Islamic law, the couple even after the dissolution of marriage, the rights and obligations towards each other and their children. These are the rights and obligations in relation to different cases of dissolution of marriage, and constant change, or according to what's been causing the dissolution differ, it is noteworthy. It should be noted that, although scholars in Islamic law and the institution as a physical subtraction is not explicitly stated, but may be followed by a closer look at this range, we also have the rights of such entity imaginable. In this article it is, a glimpse into the many different things that can cause the liquidation, or even physical subtract dates to check all these rights and duties being paid.
