Risks sharing as a key feature of public-private partnership.

Abstract
Thе article is devoted to the researching of partners’ risks allocation under PPP’s projects realization and also to the development of ways concerning settlement of mentioned above problems. Foreign experience of risks allocation between partners in PPP project was researched, particularly in Canada, Chile and Japan. Diversification of P3 projects risks was made by criteria as follows: stages of P3 project implementation; «public management» criterion; type of PPP project’s subject etc.
