Abstract
The article is devoted to the research the equality of rights and opportunities in the field of employment in the context of decent work. The problems of equality in the Ukrainian labour market are highlighted. Have been analysed the content and peculiarities of realization of a person’s right to protection from discrimination in employment. Proposals were made for improving the Ukrainian anti-discrimination legislation in the field of employment in accordance with international standards and the requirements of the concept of decent work.
