Стаття присвячена дослідженню окремих питань залучення спеціаліста до такої найпоширенішої слідчої (розшукової) дії, як допит. Аналізуються процесуальні норми, що регламентують участь спеціаліста у допиті. Розкрито проблемні питання, пов’язані із залученням спеціаліста до допиту.
