Rola międzynarodowych organizacji gospodarczych w procesie globalizacji gospodarki

Abstract
W artykule wyjaśniono pojęcie globalizacji oraz przedstawiono krótką genezę tego procesu. Globalizacja – to ekstremalny kompleksny proces, który jest trudny do zdefinowania. Geneza tego fenomena jest pytaniem problemnym co stwarza wiele róźnych argumentów wśród specjalistów. Pokazano główne czynniki, formujace istniejacy chcrakter procesów globalizacji gospodarki świata a także formowanie i funkcjonowanie międzynarodowych organizacji gospodarczych jako ich atrybutu obowiązkowego. Zdefinowano pojęcie międzynarodowych organizacji gospodarczych, przedstawiono funkcje, jakie spełniają, oraz podstawowe kryteria ich podziału. Przeanaliaowano niektóre aspekty funkcjonowania Światowej Organizacji Handlu (WTO) jako następcy GATT – General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. Przedstawiono niektóre rezultaty prognozowania potencjalnego wpływu funkcjonowania przyszłej gospodarki światowej na działalność Światowej Organizacji Handlu oraz na rozwój procesu globalizacji gospodarki światowej.
