Rola nakładów na B+R w tworzeniu przewagi konkurencyjnej krajów Unii Europejskiej w międzynarodowym handlu towarami wysokich technologii

Abstract
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest analiza zmian pozycji w eksporcie produktów wysokich technologii krajów członkowskich UE w latach 2007- 2011. Jednym z podstawowych czynników osiągania przewagi konkurencyjnej w międzynarodowym handlu produktami wysokich technologii jest rozwój sektora badawczo-rozwojowego. Kraje członkowskie UE istotnie różniły siępod względem tendencji w nakładach na B+R w latach 2007-2011. Nie istnieje jednak bezpośredni związek pomiędzy poziomem rozwoju sektora B+R, a pozycją w międzynarodowym handlu towarami high-tech krajów UE.
