There has been suggested the use of a structured program consisting of the basic questions of self-management; teaching in the form of a dialogue with the discussion of case reports and active participation of students in the process of consideration of problematic issues. It is noted that patients who had previously been trained in self-management schools, are more committed to the re-education and treatment.
