Abstract
Russia and China – the fight against terrorism The article presents Russian and Chinese experiences in the fight against terrorism and a joint venture, which is the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The article has been divided into several thematic parts in which I analyzed terrorism in Russia, as well as legal and organizational regulations for its control. Then I characterized terrorism in China and their legal solutions. Two subsequent parts of the article present the issue of combating terrorism within the SCO and the functioning of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the SOC. W artykule przedstawiono rosyjskie i chińskie doświadczenia w walce z terroryzmem oraz wspólne przedsięwzięcie, jakim jest Regionalna Struktura Antyterrorystyczna Szanghajskiej Organizacji Współpracy. Artykuł został podzielony na kilka tematycznych części, w których kolejno analizowano terroryzm w Rosji oraz regulacje prawne i organizacyjne jego zwalczania. Następnie scharakteryzowano terroryzm w Chinach oraz rozwiązania prawne zaproponowane przez to państwo. Dwie kolejne części artykułu przedstawiają problematykę zwalczania terroryzmu w ramach SOW oraz funkcjonowanie Regionalnej Struktury Antyterrorystycznej SOC.
