Abstract
У статті розглянуто проблему впровадження ефективного організаційно-економічного механізму (алгоритму) та забезпечення безпеки процесу децентралізації управління природними ресурсами як організованої передачі частини повноважень від сфери державного управління водними, земельними, лісовими та мінерально-сировинними ресурсами територіальним громадам. Запропоновано концепт механізму забезпечення безпеки процесу децентралізації в системі управління місцевими ресурсами за участю місцевих громад.
