Abstract
subcontinent Hindustan has own historical background, and its some cities have main role and part in his history Lahore is one of them it has great part in civilization and history of subcontinent being a capital in different periods some while it ruined and some it goes up and paid main role in history being a main entrance city to famous and main cities which had not less importance in history of subcontinent likely ,Delhi Agra Mumbai, but overall it had special time when the great 5th Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan took a big part in its progress in civilization policies and specially in art and architecture . as he were crazy about buildings and archaeological work He was born in Lahore so he concentrates at Lahore much more than other cites so its is necessary to know briefly that was Lahore in real ,before in every government governor have main role in implementation of agendas and theology or strategy , in this research we will see how the governors of Lahore took part in building of city, as making them main cultural ,as Shah jaha's vision,
