Abstract
This study aims to characterize arbitration as a judicial authority. To identify the sources of arbitration is extremely important from the point of view of its functioning. The main intention of the author is to answer the question whether the arbitration may be eligible at all as an integral part of the justice system. The author's intention is also to discuss the institution of arbitration against the Polish regulation.
