Sądownictwo Najwyższe w państwach nordyckich. Zarys problematyki

Abstract
Opracowanie ma na celu przeprowadzenie analizy porównawczej roli i zadań, jakie sądy najwyższe realizują w nordyckich systemach prawno-ustrojowych. Przedmiot pracy w szczególności koncentruje się na rozważaniach dotyczących funkcji sądownictwa najwyższego w państwach skandynawskich, a także zasad organizacji i funkcjonowania, na jakich opierają się systemy sądów najwyższych w tym regionie Europy. Istotna część analizy obejmuje zdeterminowanie cech wspólnych i odmienności, dających się dostrzec przy porównywaniu państw wschodnio- i zachodnionordyckiego kręgu kultury prawnej.
