Scientific Approaches for Preparing Future Lawyers to Professional Interaction.

Abstract
The professional activity of a lawyer is focused on elementary norms of the general human morality, which regulate human relations on the basis of mutual respect, humanity, justice. Compliance with these norms provides the effective work of a lawyer in favour of the society, state and people. This, in turn, requires the special training of specialists in a different profile of a legal work, the formation of a whole system of professional knowledge on the basis of the scientific and methodological approaches, taking into account modern innovative techniques and technologies. The analysis of the following scholars’ researches (A. Bilonozhko, V. Gryshko, M. Kovaliov, N. Kozhemiako, V. Sytianin, etc.) convinces that the process of training the future specialists in the investigated branch is aimed at the formation of their comprehensive competence and professionalism. As a result of researching the problem of formation the future lawyer’s readiness to professional interaction, it has been established that the possibility of systematically studying the process of preparing and developing its model in shaping the personality of a contemporary future lawyer is ensured by the integrity and systemic nature of this process through the implementation of the following scientific approaches, namely: personally oriented, axiological , competency and activity approaches. It is revealed that as a result of applying the aforementioned scientific approaches important personal qualities of the future specialist-lawyer and his professional knowledge, skills and abilities are formed, in particular: activity, creativity, self-improvement, and orientation in ethical, moral and legal values.
