Scientific Approaches to Definition of the Concept and Categories of Police Law in Ukraine

Abstract
The views of foreign and domestic scholars on the issues of police law are investigated. Historical excursion into the formation of police law is completed.The interpretation of the key concepts as «police law», «police activity» and some others is analyzed.
