SEASONAL CHANGES OF NITROGEN LOAD IN PRECIPITATION IN THE KRAKÓW AREA

Abstract
The results of the precipitation quality measurements which have been realized for a few years in two locations in Kraków are presented. Nitrogen compounds are analyzed in details. The seasonal changes in nitrate, ammonium and total nitrogen concentrations are discussed. Variations of annual load of nitrogen in precipitation are presented together with correlations between EC, nitrogen compounds and chlorides for summer and winter seasons.
