Security and Job Stability under the Privatization Process in Iran

Abstract
Job security is one of the important issues in life of every human being. Economic globalization can lead to changes in working relationships with the increasing development of technology; governments have to adjust economic policies and to balance against the other states. Factors such as rapid mixing together the financial markets, financial shocks and changes in levels of interest, exchange rates, asset prices and, ultimately, employment generation and social negative effects caused by social and economic changes in the society, which the result of workers' labor relations and job security is inevitable. Present study under the title of job security and stability in the light of privatization process in Iran by using descriptive analysis tries to examine the impact of privatization on employment stability and security deals. The results of this study show that privatization leads to a complete loss of job security labor or weaken their job security and that is why government agency employees are often among the most ardent enterprises and are the most organized opposed of privatization and for creating delay or prevention from reformation turns to take action.
