Selected Legal Instruments Shaping Contemporary Polish Agriculture in the Rural Development Programme 2014–2020

Abstract
The article presents the basic legal mechanisms shaping modern agriculture through the Rural Development Programme 2014−2020. It discusses the main problems of juridical character, which could be an obstacle in the use of financial resources by farmers. It also underlines the importance of the existing support mechanisms due to the size of allocated grants for Poland. At the same time it draws attention to the possible CAP reform after 2020 and the resulting possible restrictions in financing the Community policy in agriculture.<br/><br/>
