Abstract
For the first time in Ukraine, a study of self-purification of bottling non-carbonated natural mineral medical-table water before and after filtration and carbonated (finished product) within five months of storage Found that only non- carbonated mineral water may be this ability. Carbon dioxide inhibits the development of the autochthonous microbiota, which excludes the possibility of mineral water antagonistic influence on opportunistic microbiota.
