Semilocal Convergence Newton Method Applied to Kepler Equation: New Results
Journal Title: Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer Science - Year 2017, Vol 21, Issue 3
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to consider as a starting point the value E0 = π in the theorems of semilocal convergence of Kantorovich, Gutierrez, α−theory of Smale and the α−theory of Wang-Zhao, to compare the convergence conditions obtained. Once set E0, one should calculate the parameters listed in the statement of these theorem. So, we will generalize the study of Dilone-Gutierrez for the case E0 = M. Numeric and graphic calculations were obtained by applying Mathematica V10.

The Generalized Reed-Muller Codes in a Modular Group Algebra
We study some properties of the modular group algebra of the additive group of a Galois ring over a nite eld. A description of the Generalized Reed-Muller codes in this group algebra is presented.
Comparison among Unstructured TVD, ENO and UNO Schemes in Two-dimensions
In this work, unstructured TVD, ENO and UNO schemes are applied to solve the Euler equations in two-dimensions. They are implemented on a finite volume context and cell centered data base. The algorithms of Yee, Warming...
Characterization of Time to Failure in Prognostics: Brief Tutorial Guide to Prognostics Professionals
As a random variable, the survival time or Time to Failure (TTF) of a certain component or system can be fully characterized by its probability density function (pdf) fT (t) or its Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF)...
Cyclic-union Operation to Obtain Latin Squares
With the power that has taken the information technologies, one has developed the study and research about cryptography, and cryptanalysis, in which Latin squares are ideal candidates for being used in cryptographic syst...
The Impulse Interactive Cuts of Entropy Functional Measure on Trajectories of Markov Diffusion Process, Integrating in Information Path Functional, Encoding and Applications
The introduced entropy integral measure on random trajectories (EF) is defined by the process additive functional with functions drift and diffusion reducing this functional on trajectories to a regular integral function...
