SEPARATE ASPECTS OF CLASSIFICATION OF CONTRACTS OF PROPERTY INSURANCE

Abstract
Some aspects of the classification of property insurance contracts in the theory of civil law are considered in the article. In particular, we have analyzed the classification of the reasons for the emergence of property insurance, types of property and insurers. The own criteria of classification of contracts of property insurance are worked out on the civil legislation of Ukraine.
