SEPARATE ISSUES OF FUNCTIONING OF THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE "RENI"

Abstract
Asking a questions about the specifics of the law about SEZ, the SEZ “Reni” it is necessary to research aspects such as: features of performance and applications, analysis of the legislation, which regulates such legal relationship. It is necessary to eliminate the gaps and contradictions in the existing legal framework SEZ “Reni”, to change the basic laws and specific SEZ. It is necessary to change the provisions of the law about state undertaking obligations and effective guarantees concerning the immutability of legislation about SEZ.
