SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS BY COMMERCIAL BANKS AMONG ASIAN COUNTRIES AND UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This paper examines the range of services provided to individual customers by commercial banks in Asia, with a specific focus on Uzbekistan. As the banking sector plays a critical role in driving economic growth, the study compares the services offered by banks in advanced Asian economies (such as Japan, Singapore, and South Korea) with those available in emerging markets like Uzbekistan. The paper investigates key banking products, including savings accounts, personal loans, digital banking services, and investment products. It also addresses the challenges faced by Uzbekistan in improving financial inclusion, expanding access to banking services, and embracing digital banking technologies. By analyzing the development of individual banking services across these regions, the paper highlights the varying pace of digital transformation and financial inclusion, while providing insights into the future trajectory of banking services for individuals in both developed and emerging economies.
