Abstract
Regulation of the activities that occur in the process of establishing national spatial data infrastructure (NSDI)in Republic of Moldova, provides spatial data and related standards abolish restrictions on geo-political information necessary to implement fully Community environmental policies and policies or activities impacting the environment with managing spatial data through a single geo-portal. It aims to ensure legislative and institutional framework for the creation and establishment of NSDI in the Republic of Moldova and the establishment of measures for the sharing of spatial data in digital format in the country and its integration into the European Spatial Data Infrastructure.
