ЩОДО ПРОБЛЕМ ВИЗНАННЯ НІКЧЕМНИМИ ПРАВОЧИНІВ НЕПЛАТОСПРОМОЖНИХ БАНКІВ

Abstract
The problems of declaration of void transactions of insolvent banks are investigated in the article. It is concluded about the significant differences between the institute of void transactions of insolvent banks and the jurisdiction of regarding relevant disputes. It is substantiated that further development of the corresponding institute requires improvement of general grounds for the void transactions in legal acts of Ukraine, as well as the same enforcement on the basis of the delimitation of internal and external acts of the bankrupt.
