Single judicial information and telecommunication system - simplification of access to justice

Abstract
The article studies the introduction of a single judicial information and telecommunications system in the process of judicial proceedings. The analysis of the implementation of the project for the exchange of electronic documents was conducted, as well as the prospects for optimizing the process of electronic legal proceedings.
