Abstract
Управљање квалитетом (Quality Control) је само један од аспеката Менаџ- мента квалитетом (Quality Management).Квалитет представља задовољење, по мо- гућству, и превазилажење захтева корисника.Корисник је свака она особа која прима робу, услуге или информације од друге особе. Исто важии за организаци- је.Менаџмент квалитетом се односи на менаџмент пословним процесима који за циљ имајупостизање задовољства спољних и унутрашњих корисника.
