Abstract
The article examines the current state of the normative-legal status of participants in executive proceedings. The article analyzes a number of normative acts that detail the legal status of individual participants in the enforcement proceedings and outlines the main directions of improvement of the legal framework governing the administrative and legal status of participants in the enforcement proceedings.
