Abstract
Gorkavy V.K. System of statistical indexes of efficiency of agrarian labour. Investigational questions of forming of the system of statistical indexes of efficiency of labour are in agricultural enterprises. For the complete and all-round estimation of efficiency of agrarian labour it is necessary to use the system of dependent indexes. Depending on the stage of productive process it is necessary to expect the complete, incomplete and side indexes of efficiency of labour. Under complete understand indexes, that characterize efficiency of labour through correlation of the prepared products and business hours expended in her production. Such indexes the production of gross goods of agriculture or her kinds (grains, seed of sunflower, milk et cetera) can exemplify for working time unit, and also expenses of business hours on unit of products. In the conditions of market economy to the main tasks of agricultural commodity producers is not that it is possible to produce, but that it is possible advantageously to sell. In this connection the special value in economic practice is acquired by the indexes of clean product and profit output calculating on unit of costs of labour. Incomplete indexes characterize the level of efficiency of labour through correlation of volume of works and business hours, it is expended in their implementation. Side indexes of efficiency of labour are correlation of two factors of production, one of that is labour force. Incomplete and side indexes use, as a rule, for control and analysis of fulfiling the plan or self-supporting tasks in relation to the expenses of labour on the intermediate stages of agricultural production, when does not yet have data about production of goods volumes. On a form a calculation the indexes of efficiency of labour are marked higher there can be lines, when products and business hours, volume of works and business hours, factors of production and labour force, are compared, and also reverse, when the expenses of business hours are determined on unit of products, works or factors of production. Depending on the method of measuring of products it is expedient to distinguish the natural indexes of efficiency labours (the volume of products is measured in natural units) a cost (the volume of products calculates at permanent prices) and conditionally-natural (the volume of homogeneous products is expressed in conditional units). Natural indexes in a most measure answer maintenance of efficiency of labour as economic category. It is necessary to bear in a mind, that cost indexes provide comparableness, id est objective description of betweennesss by expenses and results of labour, only at the observance of next two terms : 1) if taken permanent prices are in accordance with the charges of production of that or other goods; 2) if between the compared enterprises or groups they are not substantial divergences in the pattern of production. At determination of levels of efficiency of labour the direct expenses of direct-labour, expense of all direct-labour, and also combined expenses of living and machine in capital goods labour, can be taken into account.
