СИСТЕМА УПРАВЛІННЯ ВИТРАТАМИ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
У статті розглянуто комплекс питань формування та адаптації системи управління витратами промислового підприємства до мінливих умов нестабільного економічного середовища господарювання. Розглянуто особливості витрат підприємства, як економічної категорії. Визначено недоліки діючих систем управління витратами. Сформульовано ряд вимог до формування ефективної системи управління витратами. Зроблено висновки про те, що система управління витратами повинна впроваджуватися на комплексній основі, забезпечуючи взаємозалежне вирішення поставлених задач.
