Abstract
У статті розглядаються питання, пов’язані з використанням системного підходу у дослідженні інформаційної безпеки підприємств з точки зору теорії гіперсистем у праві. Аналізуються наукові точки зору щодо поняття «інформаційна безпека підприємства» у праві. - The article deals with issues related to the use of a systematic approach to the study of information security companies in terms of theory hipersystem the right. Analyzed scientific opinions on the concept of «information security enterprise» in the law. - Проводится обзор самых распространенных концепций объекта преступления в теории уголовного права; исследуется объект преступления в качестве показателя общественной опасности посягательства; решается вопрос меняется ли общественная опасность преступлений с учетом объекта в зависимости от частоты посягательств; рассматривается влияние предмета преступления и потерпевшего на общественную опасность посягательства.
