SOCIAL AND CULTURAL FACTORS OF ECONOMIC BEHAVIOR OF MULTICULTURAL GROUPS IN NEW FORMS OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study of theoretical aspects of the influence of social and cultural factors on the economic behavior of multicultural groups in the new organizational forms of international business. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the aspects of the influence of social and cultural factors on the economic behavior of multicultural groups in the new organizational forms of international business. In the process of research, general scientific methods, system analysis and structural approach, deduction and induction methods, comparisons and observations were used in analyzing the influence of social and cultural factors on the economic behavior of multicultural groups in the new organizational forms of international business. Findings. It is concluded that the processes of globalization put forward new requirements for the activities of organizations of various forms of international business. It is determined that all business entities must rebuild their work to achieve success, increasing their attention to interacting with the external environment and developing the ability to adapt to changes in this environment. The project form of international business most fully meets these needs and allows achieving additional competitive advantages. Within a global context, international projects take on a special role. They are becoming a modern form of economic activity in the context of the globalization of the world economy. Formation and implementation of international projects have led to the emergence of new forms of socio-economic groups - multicultural teams that are an important component of the global human resources and intellectual capital of the organization in the context of globalization. The potential of the multicultural group, which forms the basis of highly effective work, depends on the use of the "cultural lever" or "cultural component" of the team members. Originality. A comprehensive approach to the analysis of the influence of social and cultural factors on the economic behavior of multicultural groups in the new organizational forms of international business was used. Practical value. The obtained research results are of practical interest to Ukraine in terms of borrowing the experience of forming multicultural teams for the implementation of international projects.
