Social and labor aspects of state regulation of the reproduction of human capital of the construction industry

Abstract
The subject of the study is to determine directions of state regulation of reproduction of human capital of the construction industry in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to determine of the directions of improvement of state regulation of reproduction of human capital taking into account branch features of the construction industry. Research methods. In this work the method of comparison, analysis, synthesis, structural– functional method, graphical method, data generalization method were used. Results of work. The article defines the main promising directions of legal state regulation of human capital reproduction of the construction industry and outlines the main legal tools, means that effect on the reproduction of human capital, their state and existing problems, and the main directions of their solution. Conclusions. The results of the study leads to the following conclusions: direct and indirect methods of state regulation of reproduction of human capital in the construction industry are structured: administrative–organizational, economic, regulatory–legal methods; identified the main instruments related to labor market regulation, remuneration, external labor migration, and ensuring the availability of education that needs to be systematically developed, which in the future will allow the implementation of identified instruments with a synergistic effect.
