Abstract
У статті розглянуто передумови виникнення еміграційних процесів, їх причини і наслідки. Особливу увагу приділено історичним етапам переміщень людських ресурсів в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку чисельності міжнародних емігрантів у світі за останні роки. Виявлено основні тенденції сучасної міжнародної трудової еміграції. Окреслено можливі наслідки інтенсифікації еміграційних процесів в Україні.
