Abstract
In the scientific article the author considered a problem of prevention of a social orphanhood and family trouble. Scientific capacity of universities of the city of Kemerovo with establishments of the social sphere allow to find new approach to the solution of social problems of society in social partnership and to introduce it in practical activities of establishments. Relying on practice of long-term cooperation of leading universities of the city of Kemerovo and establishments of social protection of the population, the author allocated the main directions and a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective development of social partnership of institutes of civil society, power and the state directed on the prevention of a social orphanhood and family trouble.
