Society oriented strategies of enterprises in market conditions

Abstract
The paper analyzes the process of accounting by business society’s interests as a set of interactions. The main stages of this process such as the formulation interests by their holders and analysis of partner expectations, reconciliations and adjustments, monitoring and control, a reflection of the public interests in the enterprise strategy have been determined. Monitoring and control of the public interest can be performed both by the business itself and the citizens. Civilian control is able to increase the social responsibility of business. The legal and informational backgrounds for civilian control in Ukraine have been outlined. The society as a constant factor of the external influence in comparison to the variable external factors related to market conditions is identified. Taking it into account is able to ensure sustainable development of enterprises through the growth of reputation and effectiveness.
