Socio-cultural features of administrative law: a new look at the nature and structural elements in the light of the transitive law.

Abstract
Fundamental changes in social life cause significant general social transformation of the functions of administrative law. Given the approach to the concept of «socio-cultural sphere», the current trends of object modifications suggested unit general social functions of administrative law be considered, given the complexity of integrated education – social and cultural functions, which must be offered to the ideological, educational, in- formational branchfunctions.
