Time of presentation to hospital after bleeding was 1 week to 1 month in 19.6 %, 1 month to 6 month in 24.5 %. 90 % of patients with carcinoma endometrium present with postmenopausal bleeding, thus requiring immediate investigation. Lack of awareness could lead to a very late presentation of most of patients, so education at community level is required to reduce this time lapse for early diagnosis and management.
