Socio-psychological features of self-regulation as a professional-personal growth of the personality development of specialists in social work

Abstract
The article highlights the socio-psychological features of self-regulation as a professional-personal growth of the personality formation of Social Work specialists. The components of self-regulation are as follows: value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, reflexive and activity components. The results of empirical research of socio-psychological peculiarities of self-regulation of Social Work specialists in professional activities are presented. The level - above average and average - is revealed as the most characteristic for self-regulation in professional activity at the stage of formation of professional competence during the formation of a Social Work specialist.
