SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The peculiarities of socio-psychological methods of personnel management in Ukraine at the present stage of its development are studied. Current problems of personnel management development are analyzed and ways of their solution are offered. In the article the modern experience of using progressive social and psychological methods of personnel management is considered.
